Return and Refund
We have a 14-days return policy, which means you have 14 days after order is placed.
In the event of order is not processed within 14 days, or order is fulfilled wrongly, or the item sold had encounter unrecoverable damage during transit, customer may lodge return request to us at feelgood@lumihome.my, or go through the return process at online shopping platform where you purchase your item from. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or going through the online shopping platform will not be accepted.

Order Cancellation
Cancellation request can be made within 24 working hour after order is confirmed, or before product is ship out.
To raise cancellation request, please write to feelgood@lumihome.my and attach with your order ID and reason of cancellation, or go through the order cancellation process at online shopping platform.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can investigate and rectify as soon as possible.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for new item.
Refunds
Refund items will get a notification within 3 working days upon received. Item will be inspected carefully before a refund is approved. Upon approval, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
