Shipping

• Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday-Friday and cut off at 2PM, excluding Malaysia National holidays).
• Orders are shipped by our selected logistic partner.
• All shipments are processed in our West Malaysia facilities.
• We do not deliver to P.O boxes.
• Orders will put on hold if wrong shipment info is provided, until the address is verified or the shipping fee is fully paid. For e.g. If the address is in East Malaysia but postal code/state is in West Malaysia, which reflects lower shipping fee, hence, shipping fee must be fully paid before order is shipped.
• Orders will be processed and shipped in 48 working hours once payment is received.

Tracking
Tracking number will be provided either in email, or updated at online shopping platform. Follow the link for shipment tracking by keying in the tracking code provided.

Warranty:

• 3 years manufacturer defect warranty.
• 1-to-1 replacement.
• We cover the collection and ship the new unit to you.
• We have your purchase records, so you don’t have to worry about keeping the receipt

Returns:

• Contact us at wecare@lumihome.my
• 14 days return policy if you don’t like the product
• Must return with our packaging with the product as new as possible.
• Some dust from installation is acceptable. However scratches is unacceptable for return.
• We only accept return either is fully functional product, or not functional product due to manufacturer defect. However we cannot accept refund if product is damaged by other causes than manufacturer defect.
• Refund will be process within 3 working days after receive the return products.
